Overview

In this role you drive Fever’s expansion in the theatre vertical by building deep commercial partnerships with major theatres, production companies and cultural stakeholders. You’ll craft and execute a growth strategy, cultivating a broad partner portfolio to create mutual value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across the UK and internationally, staying on top of trends in theatre, festivals and live experiences. This is a high-impact, fast-paced position that blends relationship management with strategic execution and market insight.

Responsibilities

  • Create and cultivate deep business relationships with theatres, cultural institutions, venues and key stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market to scale Fever’s presence in the region and in the museum vertical
  • Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure value creation for both parties
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to balance and grow a large client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across the UK and internationally
  • Stay updated on cultural and museum trends and act as the expert on new exhibitions and experiences

Key requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cultural institutions, museum management, creative industries, arts & heritage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role
  • Strong business development and partnership management skills
  • Self-starter mentality in a demanding startup environment
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events and lifestyle trends
  • Experience in the event and entertainment industry is a plus but not required
