As Employment Tax Senior Manager in the Global Mobility Team, you will lead high-quality compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base. You will be the primary contact for many clients, delivering expert employment tax services and developing junior staff. You will also contribute to team leadership, business development, and technical research to support strategic outcomes. This hybrid, permanent role offers a chance to shape tax solutions across industries while mentoring others and driving client success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality employment tax compliance and advisory services
• Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure excellent service
• Provide broad employment tax advice across various industries and sectors
• Recruit, supervise, and train junior staff
• Conduct detailed technical research to inform advisory work
• Support the team leader with team management, business development, and reviewing junior colleagues’ work

Key requirements

• CTA qualification
• Knowledge of employee expenses and benefits
• Experience in other employment tax areas such as off-payroll working, share schemes, salary sacrifice schemes, National Minimum Wage
