Overview

As Client Services Manager, EMEA, you lead a high-touch client liaison team serving Broad Arrow clients across Europe. You’ll partner with the Car Specialist team to ensure seamless engagement at auctions and private sales while guiding service delivery for Broad Arrow Capital. You’ll set standards, mentor a distributed team, and own complex post-sale issue resolution to uphold Hagerty’s reputation for excellence in the collector car market. This role combines leadership, client-focused delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a distributed client services team delivering concierge-level experiences across pre-sale, onsite, and post-sale interactions
  • Serve as senior escalation point to ensure consistent, high-quality client touchpoints
  • Set and uphold service standards reflecting Broad Arrow’s excellence in the collector car market
  • Oversee consignment workflow, including documentation accuracy, fee structures, and auction alignment
  • Manage client-facing logistics (catalogs, bidder credentials, RSVPs, seating) and bidder registration processes
  • Provide on-site leadership at auctions to uphold client service standards and seamless execution
  • Oversee post-sale operations (invoicing, transportation, fulfillment) and resolve complex issues for buyers and sellers
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales, EMEA and Director of Financial Services to ensure a seamless client experience across financing and capital services

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong client service or relationship management experience in auctions or high-end hospitality
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with clients directly and problem-solve on their behalf
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in office and remote/hybrid settings
  • Willingness to travel internationally for auctions
  • European language skills are a plus (German, Dutch, Italian)
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed
