Overview
As a Site Manager in our interiors division, you will lead delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects within London and surrounding areas. You will work to ensure Cat A and Cat B works are completed to schedule, quality standards, and client expectations, contributing to the division’s growth and reputation. You will coordinate subcontractors, safety, and site operations, solving challenges that arise on complex interiors schemes. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with opportunities to influence project outcomes and handovers. This role offers a chance to shape premier interior spaces for renowned retail clients while working with a reputable main contractor.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects (Cat A/B) from 250k to 5m
- Ensure safety, quality, and programme adherence on site
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades, controlling clashes and sequence of works
- Manage client and internal stakeholder communications and regular progress reporting
- Monitor costs and commercial performance, supporting project close-out
Key requirements
- Track record delivering high-end interior fit-out projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering Cat A & Cat B projects up to 5m
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Able to work in London and travel to Hertfordshire
