Overview
In this role you will support performance reporting and analysis for infrastructure projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to track progress and costs. You’ll help maintain schedules and cost reports, while ensuring governance of project controls processes. The position offers client-facing opportunities within a collaborative, growth-focused environment and exposure to Primavera P6 and data- driven reporting. Responsibilities
- Collate progress data from multi-discipline teams to update the project/programme schedule in Primavera P6
- Collate cost data to support budget requests and update cost reports
- Prepare monthly reports measuring progress against baseline
- Support the Project Controls Manager in applying governance and assurance of Project Controls processes
Key requirements
- Typically, a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some experience in a project control environment
- Experience in project or programme management environment with responsibility for delivery or controls
- Experience using Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office Applications
- Reliable with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and ability to meet project deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Controls concepts
