As a Senior Assistant Business Manager, you drive in-store performance and elevate the customer experience within the Charlotte Tilbury counter. You support the Business Manager to hit sales targets, coach the team, and maintain premium service and artistry standards. You’ll help translate brand momentum into daily operations, merchandising, and customer engagement, contributing to the store’s financial results and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Drive store financial results to meet/exceed targets and KPIs
• Assist in setting and communicating sales objectives to Retail Artists
• Coach and give feedback to ensure high service and artistry standards
• Extend customer service beyond in-store, including direct marketing opportunities
• Implement development plans and conduct regular performance reviews
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and recognition of performance
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and counter hygiene
• Uphold grooming and presentation standards for the team
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences
