Global Clientrequire Warehouse Manager (45-50K package & 33 hols/ BUPA) to ensure safe and efficient compliant operation of the warehouse. As Warehouse Manager you’ll have the highest standards of inventory accuracy, customer service and operational performance. You’ll foster a culture of Accountability and Continuous Improvement. The Job:

• Manage warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, inventory mgt, order fulfilment, packaging and despatch.
• Maintain optimum layout and storage practices, and Operational Excellence.
• Allocate resources and achieve key objectives, ensuring SOP’s are followed and warehouse staff mentored
• Standardise processes, working closely with various depts within Supply Chain.
• Eliminate Waste and Increase efficiency

The Person:

• You’ll have 5 plus years in a warehouse environment and good Supervisory experience
• You’ll currently be in a similar role, managing people, inventory, safety, on time delivery and accuracy
• Experience reducing waste and improving processes
• Strong Warehouse Management and problem solving skills
• Excellent Leadership & People Mgt skills.
