Regional Area Manager – South East Dental Network

PortmanDentex is seeking a commercially-led Area Manager to oversee a South East cluster of roughly 25 dental practices, from Bromley to Eastbourne and Deal to Dorking. You will drive sustainable growth, maximise revenue and EBITDA, and lead Practice Managers to deliver outstanding patient care and experiences across the region.

You will collaborate with Clinical leaders, deploy strong cost controls, and influence key stakeholders while maintaining high engagement across remote teams.
