Maintenance Engineering Manager: Reliability & Capex

Bostik is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at our Leicester manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

You will coordinate internal and external engineering resources, oversee maintenance and CAPEX projects, and drive continuous improvement to support operational excellence.
