Area Operations Leader – Hospitality & Growth (5+ Stores)

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores, driving hospitality standards, team development and store performance. You will mentor General Managers, build a cohesive area culture and align operations with strategic goals.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will own labor plans, forecast demand, manage KPIs and roll out initiatives across stores. Regular travel within your market and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
