Global Employment Counsel – In-House, Hybrid

Colt Technology Services is seeking an ambitious employment lawyer to join the corporate law team. You will report to the Employment Law Lead and act as a key contact for the global HR function, advising on multidisciplinary, cross‑jurisdictional projects and managing legal risk.

The role is hybrid, with preference for candidates with in-house and private practice experience. You will support strategic people priorities, provide training, and help navigate complex HR cases across regions.
