Strategic HR Manager – 2-Site, People Strategy Leader

Lily Shippen is recruiting an HR Manager for a standalone HR generalist role supporting 42 people across Manchester and Northampton, with offices in both locations and regular site visits to whichever office you aren’t based in.

You will own the people strategy, report to the Finance Director, oversee the employee lifecycle, advise the Board on people matters and manage a small Business Support Team across two locations.
