Senior HR Manager – Manufacturing & Strategy

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation in West Wales. This site-based role leads operational and strategic HR for ~750 employees and a 7-person HR team, shaping HR strategy and delivering projects.

The role requires extensive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience in a manufacturing or unionised environment. Training, progression and a competitive package are available.
