Strategic HR Business Partner – Higher Education (Flexible)

Leeds Beckett University is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent) to operate at senior HRBP level in a complex environment. You will build credibility quickly with senior leaders, drive transformational change, and deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused HR solutions.

You will partner a number of senior leaders across schools and professional services, contributing to strategic university-wide projects and day-to-day HR matters with a One HR mindset.
