Senior HR Partner – Strategy, Change & Engagement

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders across multiple UK locations. You will provide hands-on operational HR support, manage employee relations, and translate policy and employment law into practical business solutions in a hybrid working environment.
