We’re working with an established Principal Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering high-specification commercial projects across the South East.

You’ll be joining a business delivering £1m–£20m commercial projects, predominantly involving:
- High-spec commercial office construction
- Subcontractor and site team management
Projects are predominantly across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Greater London.
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience as a Site Manager / Construction Site Manager
- A background in commercial offices, fit‑out or light industrial
- Strong subcontractor and site management experience
- Experience of managing Health, Safety and Quality on site
Most importantly, they’re looking for someone reliable, organised and capable of taking ownership of a project from site set‑up through to completion.
The package
Up to £70,000 basic salary – DOE
10% annual company bonus
