Strategic HR Partner to Senior Leaders | Hybrid UK

Mott MacDonald Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders across multiple UK offices. You will translate policy and employment law into practical business solutions, manage complex employee relations, and support talent management, reward, and workforce planning.

You will help steer organisational change, drive inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, and ensure compliant HR practices across the business, with hybrid working and travel as needed.
