Executive Sous Chef: Farm-to-Table & Seasonal British

The Orangery Tottenham Court Road in London is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our modern, farm-to-table kitchen. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to translate our Modern British cuisine into dining experiences that showcase fresh, vertically farmed ingredients from our underground farm.

You will lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence, mentor staff, maintain food quality and cost controls, and collaborate on seasonal menus and special events.
