Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer – Earthing to command technical leadership across earthing and lightning protection systems for a nuclear‑grade power station. You will steer architecture, specifications and component selection while ensuring alignment with UK/international standards.

You’ll mentor engineers, engage with suppliers and regulators, and lead design reviews to maintain quality across the lifecycle. Hybrid site options include Derby, Manchester or Warrington.
