Head of Commercial Property Management – Autonomous Portfolio Lead

Madison Berkeley in London is seeking a senior Head of Commercial Property Management to take ownership of a substantial portfolio across South West London. The role offers autonomy to review structures, improve efficiencies and identify fee opportunities from the existing client base.

You will oversee 140–150 properties and 200+ leases for private investors and HNW clients, handling service charges, budgets, rent reviews and L&T matters.
