Senior Mechanical Engineer – Lead Low-Energy Building Design

Arup’s Southampton Building Engineering team seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design work packages for new build, retrofit and refurbishment projects. You will shape low-energy strategies, coordinate with architecture, structure and electrical teams, and mentor junior colleagues to strengthen local capability.

The right candidate has chartered status or is close to it, with strong hands-on experience in heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic water and controls.
