Store Manager | Perfume Shop Leader + KPI Bonus

The Perfume Shop in Swindon is seeking a Store Manager to take accountability for the store’s operation, lead a diverse team, and deliver against key targets. You will motivate, coach and support your colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily routines.

Contracted hours 37.5 per week, permanent contract, with a base salary of £32,013 per annum, plus a KPI-based bonus and Christmas commission.
