Hybrid Demand Planning Leader — UK & Ireland

Electrolux in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Demand Planning Manager based in Luton. You will lead the UK & Ireland Demand Planning team, drive the IBP process, and align across Sales, Finance, Supply Planning and Logistics to deliver a robust demand plan.

You will own forecasting, improve accuracy and bias, manage promotions and launches, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize service levels and inventory in a hybrid working model.
