Acute Mental Health Ward Lead (RN/Band 6)

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Lead for Mulberry Ward in Macclesfield, a modern acute mental health unit. The role focuses on clinical leadership, supervision, and service development within an established team to maintain high standards of patient care.

You will deputise for the Ward Manager as needed and lead on audits, risk management, and MDT collaboration to deliver holistic care and continuous service improvement in a supportive NHS environment.
