Japanese Corporation in City of London seeks a Senior Manager in Legal & Compliance to lead a broad range of matters including M&A, contracts, property, export controls and sanctions. You will liaise with Europe-based stakeholders, external counsel, and Tokyo HQ.

Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 5–7 years PQE and strong stakeholder management is essential; in-house experience and cross-cultural adaptability are advantageous.
