EMEA Capital Markets VP — Counsel

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Capital Markets lawyer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region to document, review and execute EMEA DCM transactions, including investment grade, high yield and emerging markets bond issues, as well as hybrid capital and liability management.

You will work closely with business teams, risk and control areas and Legal colleagues globally, spanning London and Mumbai, delivering timely, precise legal guidance while upholding the firm’s standards and industry practices.
