JPMorgan Chase’s Capital Markets Practice Group for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in London seeks a Capital Markets lawyer – Assistant Vice President. You will document, review and execute EMEA DCM transactions, including investment grade, high yield and emerging markets bonds, plus hybrid capital and liability management.
You will work closely with business teams, risk and control functions, and Legal colleagues globally.
