Global Sales Lead – Publishing (7-month FTC)

Penguin Press is seeking a Global Sales Manager to cover a parental leave FTC from December 2026 to July 2027. You will combine hands-on account management with strategic global product leadership across the UK and international markets.

You’ll build strong relationships with buyers and booksellers, support cross-functional teams, and help maximise the reach of our list worldwide. The role reports to the Sales Director and requires a proactive, commercially minded leader.
