Bike Workshop Lead: Mentor Mechanics & Quality Control

Brompton Bicycle Limited is seeking a Customer Service Workshop Lead to oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate workflows and maintain high technical standards. You will support mechanics, manage servicing and warranty activities, and act as a technical escalation point.

You will coach colleagues, drive quality, safety and continuous improvement while partnering with the Workshop Manager on planning and performance reviews.
