Social Housing Allocations & Verifications Specialist Hybrid

Carrington West is recruiting an Allocations and Verifications Officer for the South London housing service on a 6-month contract. You will deliver a customer-focused allocations service for social housing and transfers, ensure applications are assessed accurately against policies, and provide detailed verification of evidence.

The role requires strong knowledge of social housing allocations, attention to detail and ability to work in a hybrid, 35-hour week with a £30.67/hour umbrella rate.
