Continuous Improvement Documentation Specialist

Refresco is seeking a Continuous Improvement Document Developer on a fixed-term contract to support the FIT Improvement project at our Bridgwater site. You will create, write, and modify SOPs, team briefs, equipment sheets, and other site documentation to drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You should have at least three years of experience producing high-quality documentation in a factory environment, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and the ability to integrate photos,
