Apply for the Full Stack Product Engineer (up to £110k)
Location: London
Job Description:

This role is with one of Dex’s trusted partner companies. We work closely with their teams to truly understand their culture, goals, and what they’re looking for, so we can match you with the right opportunity and give you context about the role before you commit to a process.

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The role

This company is building the AI operating system for outpatient clinics. They automate everything around a doctor: scheduling, prescription refills, clinical documentation, and remote monitoring. They’re live in 20+ US clinics, backed by leading VCs, and growing fast.

This isn’t a typical full-stack role. You’ll own an entire product domain, shipping features that directly change how clinics operate day-to-day. Expect to move fast, use coding agents as a core part of your workflow, and pick the right tools for the job. Your decisions will directly shape the product, not just execute tickets.

The work

  • Take full ownership of a product domain, from concept to deployment.
  • Build and ship features across the full stack (TypeScript, Node.js, Python) that automate critical clinic operations.
  • Integrate coding agents and AI tools into your development workflow.
  • Solve hard, real-world problems in healthcare automation, not just incremental product tasks.
  • Drive the technical direction for your domain, making key architectural and tooling decisions.

What You Bring

  • You have a product-ownership mindset; you want to control a domain, not just execute tickets.
  • You are AI-native, regularly building with coding agents like Claude or Cursor.
  • You are comfortable across TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, adapting to problem needs.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, product-obsessed environments, ideally with early-stage experience.

Why apply through Dex

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company with significant traction, building a genuinely impactful product. Roles like this are often hard to find and oversubscribed. Dex helps you cut through the noise, get a proper brief, and apply directly to the hiring team.
