AI Automation Engineer

You automate the messy middle of businesses — the workflows that live in email threads, spreadsheets and legacy portals. You blend LLMs, RPA and integration platforms to make them disappear.

What you’ll build

• End-to-end automations across CRM, ERP, email and legacy systems.
• Agent workflows that safely act on behalf of customers.
• Human-in-the-loop UX for the moments that need judgement.
• Reusable building blocks for the group’s automation library.

Requirements

• 4+ years engineering with strong integration experience.
• Comfortable across LLMs, RPA and workflow platforms.
• Pragmatic about when to build vs buy.
• Right to work in the UK.
