CYP Mental Health Practitioner – Autism/ID & Family Support

PALMS is seeking an additional Mental Health Practitioner to join our vibrant multidisciplinary team, supporting children and young people (CYP) and their families across Hertfordshire.

You will have experience with assessments and a range of evidence-based interventions to support CYP with intellectual disability and/or autism, helping families manage concerns and engage with services in line with STOMP/STAMP agendas.
