Stantec is looking for a Design Manager to lead major water projects across the South West of England. Based in Bristol, Cardiff or Exeter, the role offers hybrid working and a clear path to leadership within a growing programme.

You will oversee delivery from concept to detailed design, guiding a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with clients to ensure best value and service excellence across civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
