Compact & Bale Ltd in Hadlow is seeking a Workshop and Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair compactors and balers at customer sites. The role combines workshop testing and on-site service, requiring fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

The candidate should have certification in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, with 3 years’ relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication for customer liaison.
