Laser Applications Engineer – Micromachining & Optics Expert

MARS Recruitment is seeking a Laser Applications Engineer based in Didcot. The role focuses on developing laser micromachining processes for customers and running production work on advanced laser systems.

You will work with UV to IR wavelengths and femtosecond to nanosecond pulse capabilities, joining a high-performing laboratory team. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree with practical laser experience and strong IT skills, with industrial experience preferred.
