Hybrid Housing Allocations & Verifications Officer

Carrington West in London is seeking an Allocations and Verifications Officer for a 6-month contract with hybrid working. The role pays £30.67 per hour umbrella and requires 35 hours per week with ASAP start.

You will deliver a responsive housing allocations service, advertise properties, shortlist tenants, and make offers in line with allocation schemes. You will verify applications, conduct home visits if needed and liaise with social housing providers to optimise stock.
