Senior Employee Relations Manager – Multi-Site HR Advisor

Selfridges is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to promote fair and consistent ER practices across our Oxford Street site and Head Office. You will advise managers, manage complex ER cases, and lead ER consultants to ensure timely, compliant outcomes aligned with company policies and the Open to the World strategy.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, maintain ER dashboards, and coach leaders on people processes.
