Part-Time Water Customer Advisor

Severn Trent Plc is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for our Edgbaston site in Birmingham. You will speak with customers over the phone and via email, providing support and solutions that enhance their experience.

Working Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm, you will join a friendly team and learn how we care for customers and communities. This role offers flexibility and a chance to contribute to a trusted water company.
