Residential Youth Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

Action for Children in Buckie, Moray, are seeking Residential Workers to provide quality care for young people aged 11–18 across Moray. You will work 37 hours per week on a 24/7 shift rota (including weekends and sleep-ins) in our safe, nurturing homes in Buckie and Elgin.

The role requires empathy, resilience, and a positive approach to engaging with children and young people. We offer 29 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, training and development opportunities, and a Real Living Wage
