Community Mental Health Nurse – Skye & Wester Ross Relocation

NHS Scotland is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Skye and Lochalsh area of the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team. You will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team, sharing skills and abilities and carrying out assessments, care planning, implementation and reviews.

A full current driving licence is essential and access to your own car for business purposes. Relocation support may be offered.
