Compassionate Bank Support Worker

Prime Life is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our friendly team at Clarence House, Horncastle. You will provide dignified care to residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, supported by training and a strong community ethos.

Shifts run 8am–8pm across 7 days; benefits include funded DBS, holiday pay, and Refer a Friend bonuses. Prior care experience is not essential, as full training is provided.
