Community Inclusion & Support Worker

Middlesbrough Development Corporation in Tees Valley is seeking a Community Case Worker to join the Staying Included team on a fixed-term contract until 30 September 2028. You will provide person-centred support to individuals who are socially excluded, helping them reconnect with their communities and improve wellbeing.
