Therapeutic Children’s Residential Care Worker

The Together Trust, based in Stockport, is seeking 3 Children’s Residential Social Care Workers to provide compassionate care for children and young people with diverse needs, on a permanent basis.

You will work in a residential setting, supporting personal growth, completing care plans, and liaising with families and professionals. Regular DBS checks apply, and strict safeguarding guidelines are followed.
