Wellbeing Activities Lead for Care Home

Floryn House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan group and 1:1 activities, tailor activities to individual interests and care needs, and work closely with the Home Manager to ensure records are kept up-to-date and the programme remains engaging and effective. Alternate weekends are required.
