Community Therapy Rehab Support – NHS Band 3

Croydon Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Generic Support Worker within our Community Therapy Team to support rehabilitation and day-to-day independence in community settings. You will work with qualified therapy and nursing colleagues, following care plans to help people regain skills after illness or hospital stays, with emphasis on motivation, safety and effective communication.

The role includes home visits across Croydon and assisting with mobility and daily living
