Part-Time Care & Support Assistant – Home & Community

Cedars Health Solutions is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Carers / Support Workers in the Durham area. You will provide person-centred support to service users in their own homes and within the local community, helping them to live independently and enjoy a good quality of life.

Hours are Part-time with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Setting is community and service user homes; travel within the Durham area is required.
