Outreach Family Support Worker – Early Help Specialist

We Do Social Work is seeking an Outreach Family Support Worker in Liverpool to provide targeted, home-based Early Help support using a whole-family approach. The role aims to prevent escalation to statutory services and help families access universal and community services.

The post supports children aged 0–25 and their families, with enhanced DBS required and reporting to the Early Help Consultant Social Worker. The role involves direct family work, home visits and multi-agency collaboration.
