Elderly Care Support Worker

Are you an experienced Elderly Care Support Worker based in Macclesfield or the surrounding areas? Do you have a passion for helping others live more independently and with dignity?

We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic individuals to provide high-quality care and support to Elderly people in one of our Care Homes located in Macclesfield.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a care or support setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Confident delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
• Ability to provide a 2-year work reference history

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with meals, mobility, and hygiene
• Administer medication in accordance with individual care plans
• Promote service users independence and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment
• Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
• Handle emergency situations according to established protocols
• Keep accurate, timely documentation and care records
